Service Description
- Full family, Individuals, Couple, Children - 1-hour to 75-minute sessions (Over 30-minutes overtime may incur a fee) - As many stunning, edited, excellent photos as we can make during our session - Optional Family Video Reel (short video) for social media or keepsake - Multiple professional poses, angles, and styles during each shoot
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment - The non-refundable deposit shown at booking reserves your session and applies toward your total. - The remaining balance is due before shooting begins. - Returned checks: images held until paid. - By booking, you accept these terms for your whole group. Group Size - Pets welcome; they count as family members. - Pricing follows the group size selected at booking; extras may incur a fee. Cancelling & Rescheduling - With 72+ hrs' notice, you get one free reschedule. - <72 hrs' notice or a second reschedule: $50 fee. - Cancelling with <72 hrs' notice or no-show (no contact 2+ hrs before, or 20+ min late without contact): deposit is forfeited; rebooking requires a new deposit toward your total. - Paid in full and cancel with 72+ hrs' notice: balance refunded; deposit is kept. Weather & Photographer Cancellation - We may cancel for weather or conditions up to 2 hrs before. - If we cancel, we reschedule free. If no new date works, you get a full refund, deposit included. Timing - Sessions end on time, even if family members are late; full fee applies. - Overtime: first 15 min free, then $100/hr billed in 15-min increments. Deliverables - Edited images include each family member, full-family variations, and combos (couples, kids, grandparents, etc.), delivered within 10 business days. - Downloads available for 60 days; you're responsible for backups. - Unedited/RAW files available for an added fee. Satisfaction - No re-shoots or refunds for taste preferences or kids' or pets' moods/cooperation. - Up to 3 minor re-edits (crop, B&W) within 7 days; after that, your gallery is accepted. - If we fail to deliver as promised, we'll re-shoot free or issue a partial refund. Copyright & Image Use - Crossroads Productions owns the copyright to all images. - You get a personal-use license: print, share on social, and send to family. - Not allowed: commercial use, contest entries, or editing/filtering without crediting us. - We may use images in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing. Safety & Liability - You're responsible for your group's safety, supervising kids, and controlling pets, including any injury or damage they cause. - We're not responsible for injuries or damaged belongings, unless caused by carelessness on our end. - For locations you choose, permits, fees, and property permission are your responsibility. - If we can't finish or lose images for reasons outside our control, the most we owe is what you paid.
